Alvarez Ukuleles are manufactured to give a full sound, decent volume and certainly a nice warm tone. You will find them to be very comfortable to play and quick to enjoy. The Regent series of Uke's from Alvarez have a dovetail neck joint which gives extra strength to the ukulele as well as transfer the tone between the body and neck. Alvarez uses a particular bracing in their ukes that is a modified traditional fan style to optimize response.The response is also aided by a solid “slotted” rosewood bridge, which enhances projection and helps to make string changes easier and quicker. With these models you also get quality seasoned tonewoods, real bone nut and saddles, mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard and premium tuners.
